Terms of Service

Last updated:September 2, 2026

These terms explain the rules for accessing the NailCloud corporate website, submitting an inquiry, and starting a service discussion. Separate signed agreements govern commercial delivery.

By accessing or using www.nailcloud.cn, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to submit inquiries and communicate for that organization.

These terms cover website information, inquiry submissions, and preliminary business discussions. A signed contract, order, quotation, subscription agreement, or product-specific terms will govern actual projects and paid services.

The website describes AI Coding, AI applications, smart marketing, enterprise digital services, and related consulting. Features, cases, estimated timelines, and outcome statements help explain potential service scope but do not guarantee a particular result. Actual delivery depends on requirements, data, third-party platform rules, and the scope agreed by both parties.

  • Provide accurate contact, company, and requirement information that you are authorized to share.
  • Do not submit unlawful content, malicious code, third-party sensitive data, credentials, or materials that infringe another party’s rights.
  • Submitting an inquiry does not create a paid, agency, partnership, employment, or exclusive relationship.
  • Keep copies of important materials and agree on appropriate confidentiality arrangements before sharing trade secrets.

OmniPost, NailCloud GEO, SmartJing, and other products referenced in the Footer may operate as independent product sites. Their accounts, subscriptions, product data, and features may be governed by separate product terms and privacy policies.

Some services rely on cloud, advertising, e-commerce, social media, mapping, payment, or AI model providers. Third-party APIs, reviews, fees, availability, and policies may change independently. NailCloud does not control restrictions, interruptions, or policy decisions made solely by those providers.

Unless otherwise stated, NailCloud or the relevant rightsholder owns the rights in the website’s brands, marks, design, text, images, software, and other content. You may not reproduce, adapt, scrape at scale, sell, or use this content for misleading promotion without written permission.

You retain rights in materials you lawfully submit and permit us to use them only as necessary to assess your requirements, communicate a solution, or deliver an agreed service. Project deliverable ownership is determined by the applicable contract.

Website information is not a final quotation. Fees, taxes, payment milestones, subscription periods, renewals, refunds, acceptance, and support are governed by the applicable contract or order. For custom services, changes in scope may affect price and schedule and will be confirmed before implementation.

We use reasonable efforts to maintain the website and services but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or universally suitable operation. We will take reasonable recovery steps when maintenance, network failures, security events, force majeure, or third-party changes cause interruption.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility should reflect the relevant contract, foreseeable loss, and actual fault. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If such conduct or a material security or legal risk occurs, we may restrict access, stop communications, preserve relevant records, and take necessary action under applicable law.

  • Compromising security, bypassing access controls, scanning vulnerabilities, or disrupting operation.
  • Impersonation, spam, fraud, or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Using the website or services in violation of law, platform rules, or the public interest.

We may update these terms as our business or legal requirements change. Revised terms apply from the date shown on this page. A signed contract takes precedence for the services it covers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution. If that fails, either party may bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction at the domicile of NailCloud (Xiamen) Information Technology Co., Ltd., subject to mandatory applicable law.
